Community Payback Supervisor - Bicester, Milton Keynes, High Wycombe, Oxford - Outcome in a Day (South Central)
Community Payback Supervisors directly manage work groups of people completing court-ordered unpaid work to benefit local communities. On a typical day, post holders spend up to seven hours supervising small teams on practical manual projects such as clearing overgrowth, restoring facilities, and litter picking while driving service vehicles. The role requires working closely with individuals on probation to motivate them, demonstrate good working practices, and support their rehabilitation. Staff collaborate with probation service colleagues and operate with fixed daily schedules that frequently include weekend shifts.
