Community Payback Supervisor - Bedford
This is an operational role directly supervising work groups of individuals serving a community sentence. You will lead small teams to complete practical unpaid work tasks such as clearing overgrowth, restoring facilities, and litter picking while driving service vehicles to transport people and equipment. You will work closely with people on probation to motivate them, demonstrate good practice, and help them make a positive contribution to the local community. The role requires working frequent weekends and is based out of Bedford.
