Community Payback Supervisor - Bury St Edmunds
You will directly supervise small teams of people completing unpaid work sentences in the community, such as clearing overgrowth, building benches, and removing graffiti. Working outdoors and alongside service users, you will motivate them to complete practical tasks and drive service vehicles to transport people and equipment. You will collaborate closely with people on probation to support their rehabilitation and improve local neighbourhoods. This is a hands-on, active role requiring regular weekend work and flexibility.
