Community Payback Supervisor - Cambridge
Community Payback Supervisors lead small teams of people completing unpaid work as part of a community sentence. You will spend up to seven hours a day supervising and motivating groups on practical projects such as clearing overgrowth, restoring community facilities, and removing litter. You will also drive service vehicles to transport people and equipment to different project sites. The role is hands-on and active, supporting individuals to make a positive contribution and develop rehabilitation habits.

Qualifications
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
