Costs Lawyers/Draftspersons - Grade 6 and Grade 7 roles
You will manage complex, high-value and high-profile legal costs casework, including adverse costs claims, recovery and budgeting. Working within the Government Legal Department's Litigation Directorate, you will advise clients and colleagues on costs strategies and appear in courts such as the Senior Courts Costs Office and Supreme Court. You will also line manage junior team members, foster a supportive environment, and contribute to the strategic leadership and development of the Costs Centre of Excellence.

- In-depth understanding of civil procedure rules and litigation
Qualifications
- Qualified Costs Lawyer or experienced Costs Draftsperson
Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, EU and Turkish nationals with appropriate rights to work or EUSS status.
Selection process
