Senior Legal Costs Litigator
This role involves assessing legal costs, handling adverse costs and costs recovery, and managing costs budgets for HM Revenue and Customs and the Valuation Office Agency. The successful candidate will negotiate settlements, draft points of dispute, and provide strategic advice on costs consequences arising from litigation. They will work closely with lawyers, paralegals, litigators, and panel counsel while managing a small team. Additionally, the postholder will provide costs training and report monthly to finance.
