Crime in Prisons Coordinator - HMP Long Lartin
The Crime in Prisons Coordinator provides specialist administration and coordination support to help address high levels of crime committed within a single prison. The role involves working closely with national and regional teams, security staff, and local police to manage crime cases efficiently and improve information-sharing processes. Daily duties include maintaining crime referral trackers, collating evidence packages, supporting victims of staff and prisoner crimes, and organizing meetings and documentation. The post holder acts as the single contact point for communications regarding crime in prisons work while maintaining accurate records and data to support proportionate outcomes.
