Customer Service Advisor - Nottingham (584R)
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will serve as the first point of contact for the public, helping individuals pay the correct amount of tax and providing financial support. You will predominantly speak with customers over the phone, as well as handle enquiries via email and web chat, create and update records, and take payments. Working collaboratively within an office-based environment, you will receive full training and ongoing development to help you progress your career. You will be supported by a dedicated team and management structure to ensure you can deliver effective advice and support to the public.
