Cyber Security Lead
As the Cyber Security Lead at the Infected Blood Compensation Authority, you will ensure the architecture of our digital infrastructure is secure, resilient, and trusted by the community we serve. You will lead risk management strategies, guide security tooling selection, implement secure engineering principles, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Collaborating across teams, you will foster a culture of security by design and direct incident readiness while translating complex risks into clear guidance for leadership.

- Understanding of secure development frameworks within cloud-native environments
- Experience implementing and managing automated security tools in CI/CD pipelines
- Proven experience conducting security assurance and complying with standards
- Ability to build and manage effective stakeholder relationships
- Experience managing security projects in a sensitive data environment
Qualifications
- CompTIA Security+
- CC – Certified in Cybersecurity
