Data Insights Lead
As the Data Insights Lead for the National Pensions Connection Service, you will lead the service capability for data, reporting, analytics, and insight. You will work closely with data engineering, product, operations, and external suppliers to ensure robust reporting, monitoring, and data governance. You will define and deliver the data and insight strategy, turning data into actionable intelligence for senior leaders, regulators, and government departments. The role involves managing a multidisciplinary matrix team of analysts and insight professionals to promote evidence-based decision-making.

- Experience leading data, analytics or insight functions within complex organisations
- Strong understanding of data governance, quality management and regulatory compliance
- Technical experience delivering analytics solutions using Power BI, SQL, Python or similar
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for senior stakeholders
- Experience managing multidisciplinary analytical teams and collaborating across functions
