Performance and Data Insights Manager
The Performance and Data Insights Manager oversees performance reporting, management information, and data analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making at the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority. The postholder develops dashboards, maintains performance management information systems, and collaborates with operational and technical colleagues to translate complex datasets into actionable insights. This role provides leadership in performance analysis, ensures data accuracy and governance, and promotes a strong data-driven culture across the organisation. Working in a hybrid environment based in Glasgow, the manager acts as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and helps drive continuous improvement.
