Senior Business Analyst
Senior Business Analysts identify and analyse complex business problems and user needs to define required capabilities and shape operating models. They collaborate closely with service owners, product managers, and delivery managers to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions and align with service vision and strategy. Working within multidisciplinary digital, data, and technology teams, they also line manage and mentor junior colleagues while building a strong business analysis community.
What they're looking for
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in a digital environment
- Evidence of driving assessment of complex business challenges
- Experience of defining analytical approaches and priorities
- Experience leading stakeholder engagement at all levels
- Strong understanding of Digital, Data and Technology standards
Nationality requirements
Must have been present in the UK for at least 3 of the last 5 years and meet right to work criteria.
Selection process
Interviews are likely to take place 3-5 weeks after the closing date and will include technical skills, behaviours, and a presentation.
