Deputy Director Chief People Officer Function & HR Profession
The Deputy Director leads the Chief People Officer's Office within the Ministry of Justice, supporting transformation, governance, and workforce reform across a large corporate function and the Government HR Profession. The postholder acts as a principal adviser to the Chief People Officer, providing strategic oversight of performance, risk, and assurance across complex portfolios. Working as part of the Senior Leadership Team, the role builds partnerships with the Cabinet Office and departmental leaders to drive professional excellence and improve outcomes. The individual leads a multidisciplinary team to deliver strategic priorities and support the future direction of the profession.
