Deputy Director People Analysis
The Deputy Director of People Analysis leads a multidisciplinary team of over 100 people to forecast and model Defence's future workforce, deliver management information, and produce National and Official Statistics. You will direct analytical portfolios, lead significant transformation as part of Defence Reform, and work closely with senior leaders across the People Function and Directorate of Analysis and Performance. In addition, you will act as a trusted adviser on people policy, build strong relationships with senior military and civilian leaders, and champion analytical integrity. The role also includes leading critical expenditure analysis that strengthens public and internal understanding of Defence's economic contribution.
