You will lead Ofgem's thinking about its future as an organisation and regulator by driving strategic organisational development, design, and operating models. Working closely with the Chief Executive, Executive Committee, and Board, you will provide evidence-based advice and ensure structural readiness for future challenges. You will manage a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with senior stakeholders to implement transformation programmes and shape ways of working. This role offers the opportunity to influence long-term strategy at a pivotal moment for the energy sector.
