Probation and Reduced Reoffending Analysis Analysts
Analysts in this team provide evidence, research, evaluation, data, and analysis to support policy, operational, and strategic decision-making across probation services and reducing reoffending interventions. Postholders work closely with policy, operational, and external stakeholders to commission and manage research, undertake analysis, and communicate findings. The role involves working in a multidisciplinary analytical community to improve rehabilitation outcomes and reduce reoffending across the justice system.

Qualifications
- Numerate degree or degree with analytical, statistical or research element (2:2 or above)
