Deputy Welfare Officer
The Deputy Welfare Officer provides first-line confidential support to the welfare needs of families, service personnel, and wounded, injured, and sick individuals within the unit under the Unit Welfare Officer. Day-to-day tasks include advising the chain of command on welfare cases and policy, planning family events, managing welfare vehicles and equipment, and participating in an on-call duty roster. The role works closely with the military unit and leadership to ensure compliance with Ministry of Defence welfare standards and community development plans.
