Appeal and Guidance Writer (Decision Making and Appeals Leeds)
You will write appeal applications and legal guidance for the Department for Work and Pensions to support cases in the Upper Tribunal and higher courts. You will collaborate with legal, policy, and operational teams to assess legal risk, apply social security law, and quality assure learning products. You will manage your workload carefully to meet tight deadlines while maintaining accurate records and spreadsheets. This specialist role helps ensure that complex decision-making processes are legally sound and effectively communicated.

Nationality requirements
