Detention Engagement Officer - Campsfield
You will work directly with detained residents at an immigration removal centre, helping them understand their immigration cases and case progression. You will collaborate closely with caseworking teams, healthcare providers, and detention services staff to support resident welfare and maintain a secure environment. Your day-to-day duties will involve conducting face-to-face engagements, delivering inductions, serving official paperwork, and logging accurate case updates on Home Office systems. This role is for someone who can communicate sensitively and professionally with individuals experiencing uncertainty or distress.
