Detention Engagement Officer - Haslar
You will work directly with detained residents at an immigration removal centre, helping them understand their immigration case progression and official paperwork. You will coordinate support by working closely with caseworking teams, healthcare providers, and other partners while monitoring welfare concerns and maintaining a safe environment. You will communicate sensitively with individuals experiencing uncertainty and handle general administrative duties like inbox management. This is a fully site-based role requiring attendance for scheduled shifts including early starts and late finishes.
