Digital Deputy Directors, Migration and Borders Group (4 posts) - PB1
Digital Deputy Directors lead large-scale digital transformation and technology portfolios within the Home Office's Migration and Borders system. They work closely with senior leaders, policy teams, operational staff, and external suppliers to deliver secure, user-centred public services and digital products. Postholders provide strategic leadership across multidisciplinary teams, managing substantial budgets and driving continuous improvement in live technology services. The role combines technical expertise, financial accountability, and stakeholder management to support critical government outcomes.
