Estates Director
The Estates Director leads the transformation and stewardship of the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office property estate, spanning 180 countries and roughly 6,800 assets. This pivotal leadership role sets the strategic direction for the global estate and oversees a multi-year capital investment and refurbishment programme. The postholder works closely with the Chief Operating Officer's Senior Leadership Team to ensure secure, resilient, sustainable, and legally compliant environments for staff and partners globally.
