Fraud Officer - Walthamstow
As a Fraud Officer within the Department for Work and Pensions, you will work to protect the public purse by tackling fraud within the benefits system. You will conduct thorough interviews with individuals by phone or in person, scrutinise detailed evidence, and take corrective action on benefit awards. You will collaborate with team members and business partners to promote fraud awareness and manage cases accurately. Additionally, you will be required to attain and retain membership of the Government Counter Fraud Profession at Practitioner level.
