Future Rural Payments Service (FRPS) Programme Director
The Programme Director leads the Future Rural Payments Service transformation programme to reshape grant and payment delivery for Defra Group. You will work closely with the Chief Executive and collaborate with policy, operational, and digital teams to align delivery and replace legacy systems. The role involves setting strategic direction, resolving competing priorities, and ensuring essential funding reaches customers while transitioning to live service. You will also build confidence among ministers, senior leaders, and assurance bodies to deliver lasting benefits.
