Group Employer Lead
You will lead strategic employer engagement across Scotland and Northern England to build partnerships that create employment and skills opportunities. Working as part of a senior leadership team, you will shape employer-led solutions, influence stakeholders, and align activities with labour market needs. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to drive continuous improvement, promote inclusive recruitment, and deliver measurable outcomes. Frequent travel throughout the region is required, and you may be based at any suitable local site.
