Devolution and Strategic Engagement Lead (Scotland)
You will lead strategic engagement and partnerships across Scotland for the Department for Work and Pensions Jobs and Careers Service Leadership Team. Your role involves building relationships with the Scottish Government, local authorities, health services, and external organisations to align employment services with the devolved landscape. You will analyse labour market intelligence, provide senior briefings, and resolve delivery issues to ensure joined-up employment and funding streams. Frequent travel throughout Scotland is required, alongside regular attendance at key offices in Glasgow, Falkirk, and Edinburgh.

- Understanding of UK and Scottish devolution frameworks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and management information
Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, and EU/EEA/Swiss/Turkish nationals with applicable settled status or right to work.
Selection process
Face-to-face blended interviews will be held in Falkirk Jobcentre in November, including a 5-minute presentation.
