Head of HR Operations (Maternity Leave)
You will lead the Human Resources Operations function at the House of Lords, ensuring staff across the organisation receive efficient and people-focused services. Your day will involve overseeing recruitment, HR administration, pay and benefits, employee data, and enquiries while driving continuous improvement in processes and systems. You will work closely with colleagues across the HR Office to deliver the People Strategy and Inclusion and Diversity Strategy while managing and developing a skilled team. This role is based on the Parliamentary Estate in Westminster within a unique working environment.
