Operations Manager - Metal Mines
You will manage a portfolio of mine water treatment schemes and associated assets that protect rivers, wildlife, and communities from historic mining impacts. Your day involves working closely with contractors, regulators, and technical specialists to ensure treatment assets operate safely, efficiently, and effectively. You will act as a Service Manager using standard contracts, manage budgets and operational risks, and help shape future scheme designs. This role combines operational leadership and environmental protection to deliver lasting improvements across England and Wales.
