Head of Legal - Contracts and Compliance
The Head of Legal for Contracts and Compliance leads a team providing expert legal advice on commercial contracts, procurement, and internal compliance issues like data protection. You will work within the Legal Service alongside other legal directors and general counsel to manage complex negotiations, draft agreements, and oversee internal risk. The role involves line managing lawyers, instructing external counsel, and forging partnerships across the organisation to ensure consistent and timely legal support. You will also participate in senior management and corporate initiatives while shaping strategic responses to regulatory challenges.
