Legal Officer
Legal Officers play a critical role within HM Courts and Tribunals Service by supporting the effective administration of tribunals and justice. You will undertake complex casework, make informed and independent case management decisions using delegated judicial powers, and remove barriers to timely case progression. Working within a Regional Hearing Centre and the First-tier Tribunal Immigration and Asylum Chamber team, you will collaborate with the judiciary, colleagues, and internal and external stakeholders. This office-based role requires you to process appeals, evaluate information at pace, and ensure fair and efficient access to justice.

Qualifications
- Law degree or equivalent technical experience
Nationality requirements
