Head of People
The Head of People leads a senior team to deliver a customer-focused human resources service, working closely with the Chief People Officer and Head of Culture. The role oversees talent acquisition, people operations, employee relations, data analytics, and human resources information systems like Oracle. Day to day, the postholder provides practical guidance to leaders, manages operational budgets, and drives continuous service improvement across the function. Additionally, the role acts as deputy for the Chief People Officer on all people management matters.
