Healthcare Scientist
You will work as part of the pathogen genomics next generation sequencing team to provide an efficient and high-standard clinical service. Your day-to-day duties include routine laboratory work, maintaining and calibrating equipment, recording and reporting results, and writing laboratory documentation such as standard operating procedures. You will also coordinate the evaluation of new technologies, help train junior staff, and ensure all activities comply with strict safety and quality standards. Working closely with scientific and administrative colleagues at our scientific campus, you will support critical health security research and diagnostic testing.
