HMP Hollesley - Vocational Instructor - Industrial Cleaning
The job holder will be responsible for instructing and training prisoners in industrial cleaning, building supportive relationships, and promoting decency and security. Day-to-day duties include delivering training, assessing skills, maintaining workshop safety, and updating learner records to support reducing reoffending. You will work within a prison establishment alongside prisoners, headquarters learning staff, and other prison colleagues. This is a non-operational instructional role with no line management responsibilities.

Qualifications
- British Institute of Cleaning Service BICS Assessor Certificate or willing to work towards
