Construction Vocational Instructor: HMP Feltham
The job holder will deliver construction training and instruction to prisoners to help them gain industry-recognised accreditations and build relevant skills. Responsibilities include supervising learners, maintaining workshop security, conducting risk assessments, and contributing to sentence planning and reducing reoffending. The role works closely with prisoners, educational staff, and security teams within a custodial establishment. The purpose of the position is to promote decent and safe working environments while equipping prisoners with qualifications for future employment.
