Vocational Instructor (Generic VI) - HMP Feltham
You will instruct and supervise prisoners in workshops and classrooms, ensuring they engage in meaningful training, education, and work experience. You will maintain security and safety by carrying out searches, fabric checks, and risk assessments while supporting prisoner rehabilitation and sentence planning. Working directly with prisoners in a non-operational role, you will collaborate with prison teams to manage discipline, log attendance, and order materials. You will also help learners build relevant skills and assist them in finding employment opportunities upon release.
