HR Business Partner
You will act as a strategic Human Resources Business Partner to support organisational change and deliver operating models at The National Archives. You will provide specialist human resources expertise, coaching business leaders to raise capability, design high-impact people solutions, and use management information to inform decisions. Working collaboratively within the wider People, Inclusion and Change team, you will share best practice and continuously improve services.

- Extensive experience handling complex employee relations cases
- In-depth experience managing HR technical aspects of change
