HR Expert Advice Service Caseworker
This role involves providing specialist HR advice and managing complex employee relations cases within HM Revenue and Customs. You will support formal HR processes, help resolve workplace matters quickly, and apply policy thoughtfully while balancing employment law and business needs. Working as a trusted adviser to managers, you will handle sensitive issues, constructively challenge assumptions, and help drive a departmental Change Programme. You will collaborate closely with business managers, colleagues, and stakeholders across multiple regional centres to ensure fair and proportionate outcomes.
