Industries and Community Engagement Manager
The job holder will manage activities within prison industries, workshops, and land-based areas, providing training in a realistic working environment. They will implement national policies to suit local needs, revise local procedures, and manage improvement plans. Additionally, the role involves developing mutually beneficial relationships with the local community to promote the establishment and create support opportunities for prisoners.
