The job holder manages activities within prison industries, workshops, and land-based areas to provide a safe environment and training in a realistic working environment. The role involves working with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, and educational partners to support prisoner employment and resettlement. The person ensures health and safety standards are maintained and oversees production targets, quality, and income generation.
