JEDIT Policy Lead
The Job Evaluation, Design and Improvement Team is responsible for ensuring probation job evaluation schemes are transparent, consistent, and fairly applied to all job descriptions. You will lead allocated policy, role design, and job evaluation products while supporting business-as-usual casework and preparing for the Review of Probation Roles. Working alongside senior managers, operational colleagues, subject matter experts, and trade unions, you will develop practical, consistent, and legally defensible approaches. Additionally, you will provide line management for up to four staff members and help drive continuous improvement across the team.
