Lawyer
This lawyer role involves providing practical, solution-focused legal advice across a diverse range of complex and high-profile matters to support regulatory and criminal objectives. You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation to ensure that gambling is fair, safe, and free from crime, handling an exciting caseload covering criminal investigations, public law, and regulatory issues. The position is based in a central Birmingham office with hybrid working arrangements and offers exposure to high-stakes decisions and impactful public interest work.

- Qualified solicitor with a current practising certificate
- 2+ years post-qualified experience
- Experience in regulatory, public law, and criminal prosecution
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nationality requirements

Selection process
Shortlisting takes place week commencing 26 October and 2 November, with interviews in the week commencing 16 November via a remote interview format.
