Lead Linux Infrastructure Engineer
You will lead a team of engineers ensuring enterprise Linux infrastructure services are integrated, delivered, and operated to a high standard. Day to day, you will manage database systems and Linux hosted applications, maintain operational service level agreements, and translate architectural designs into operational infrastructure. You will work closely with other lead engineers and vendors, driving system upgrades and supporting both business-as-usual and project implementation activities. This role provides reliable and secure services that protect the UK's interests and support sensitive government work.

- Lead engineer or tech team lead experience in complex IT infrastructure
- Experience leading a team and managing incident, problem and change
- Advanced experience with Bash and Python automation tooling
- Experience with virtualized networking principles and platforms
- Understanding of database technologies and troubleshooting Linux
