Lead Performance Analyst
The Lead Performance Analyst will lead the development of performance measurement and analysis across the Accessibility Team within Justice Digital, Data and Science. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Digital Accessibility, accessibility specialists, senior leaders, and service teams to turn complex accessibility data into clear, actionable insight. Your day-to-day work involves designing automated data collection and reporting solutions, building performance frameworks, and monitoring accessibility compliance and service impact. This role ensures the department has the reliable data and management information it needs to improve digital accessibility outcomes for users across the justice system.
