Senior Performance Analyst
As a Senior Performance Analyst, you set the highest standards in quality analysis to ensure digital services meet government digital standards. You lead the collection and interpretation of performance data, providing actionable insights and compelling narratives to inform product development. Working with multidisciplinary teams, you design experiments, exploit new data sources, and drive a data-driven performance culture. You also provide expert advice and constructive challenge to stakeholders to support evidence-based decision making.

Nationality requirements
This job is broadly open to UK nationals, Republic of Ireland nationals, Commonwealth citizens with the right to work, EU/EEA/Swiss nationals with settled or pre-settled EUSS status, and Turkish nationals under the Ankara Agreement.
Selection process
Interviews will take place from early November 2026 via Microsoft Teams and will include a 10-minute presentation.
