Managing Director of Parliamentary Estate Sponsor
You will establish and lead the new Parliamentary Estate Sponsor function as its first Managing Director, shaping the future of the historic Parliamentary estate. You will work in partnership with Members, Boards, Committees, and colleagues across both Houses to understand needs, turn them into agreed priorities, and oversee large-scale investment. You will chair key estate governance forums, provide assurance to executive boards, and sponsor estate-wide standards and compliance. Additionally, you will lead a multidisciplinary team through significant change, building an inclusive and collaborative culture to protect the heart of UK democracy.
