Operational Support Grade - Advance Into Justice (South/South Central)
As an Operational Support Grade team member, you will perform varied physical tasks to help keep prisons moving securely and safely. Your duties will include gate and reception work, monitoring CCTV, supervising visitors, processing mail, and occasionally supervising prisoners during daily routines. You will work within a supportive team environment on a rolling shift pattern that includes nights, evenings, and weekends. This is an active role involving long periods of standing, walking, and occasional lone working.

Nationality requirements
