Operational Support Grade - Advance Into Justice (Wales)
As part of the prison support team, your work will be varied and help to keep the prison moving smoothly and safely. This is an active role involving physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, patrolling, gate duties, and supervising visitor arrivals or prison correspondence. You will work within a supportive team environment while also undertaking periods of lone working across day and night shifts. The role is designed to maintain prison security and operational flow through diverse daily duties.
