Operational Support Grade - Advance Into Justice (West Midlands)
This operational support role helps keep prisons running smoothly and safely by carrying out varied physical tasks, security checks, and administrative duties. Staff work within prison environments on a rolling shift pattern that includes nights, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Duties range from gate and reception work to supervising visitors, handling correspondence, and monitoring safety systems. You will work as part of a supportive team with full training provided.
