Programme Manager - Cornwall - NPS South West Accredited Programmes and Structured Interventions
The Programme Manager leads the delivery of accredited interventions and structured programmes for people on probation within the South West region. The role involves managing financial and staff resources, overseeing performance targets, and ensuring compliance with audit and HMPPS accreditation standards. The post holder works closely with partner agencies, stakeholders, and the judiciary while providing direct line management to a mobile team.
