PIPE Approved Premises Residential Worker - Maidstone PIPE
The job holder works as part of a team providing 24-hour cover at an Approved Premises, ensuring the safety and security of residents and the building. Responsibilities include supervising residents, maintaining discipline, monitoring behavior, and supporting risk management and sentence plan objectives. The role involves undertaking building inspections, managing incidents, issuing medication, conducting drug and alcohol tests, and engaging with residents in a pro-social manner. This position involves substantial out-of-hours work, including waking night duty and weekends.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above (including English and Maths) or equivalent
